Hanging balconies in Haifa. The balconies are built using a galvanized steel construction as well as a galvanized steel powder painted railing. The balcony floor is an Ipe lumber deck. The project includes cutting out an opening to the balcony and glass-aluminum sliding doors and an electric shutter. The balcony is toped off with lighting and power outlets.

A hanging balcony with a full glass railing
A hanging balcony constructed of galvanized steel construction painted with a two component epoxy paint with a total thickness of 170 micron. The railing is a full glass railing combining aluminum elements with no corner posts. The bottom enclosure is an advanced weather proofing system finished off to match the existing structure.

Double deck in a private home
In this project 2 decks were installed in two different elevations. The lower deck is surrounding a swimming pool and is connected by stairs to the upper deck.
Opening storage bins were assembled which are used for keeping pool supplies.

This deck was built on a raised construction and was fitted to create a level plateau with the entrance level. One of the interesting characteristics of this deck is its blend to the existing environment: the stairs found in the center of the deck were fit to the stone wall.

The solid Merbau in the "BROWN" is an inseparable part of the design of the place. The brown leather chairs, wood tables and the parquet itself create the homey environment of the place. In the famous gym Holmes Place, 12,917 square feet of solid Beech flooring were installed. The characteristics of the solid Beech are such that help give the place a comfortable atmosphere. Aside from the exercise rooms and workout area, the solid Beechwood adds warmth to the place and to the "Portobello" restaurant that is in the lobby of the club.

A private home
On the slopes of a mountainous area a two-storey house was restored.The topography of the area creates the unique leveling of the house. Ipe was used to build a deck serving as a balcony. Backyard of a private home
This project is unique due to its small dimensions and to the fact that the deck takes up most of the garden area. The wood planters and the bench next to them were erected in place of old planters that were in the back yard. This job was unique also because it completely transforms the house members' use of the back yard: from a yard that was used for ornamentation only, to a seating area and a second dinning area of the house.

פרוייקט זה ייחודי בשל ממדיו הקטנים ובשל העובדה שהדק תופס את מרבית שטח הגינה. במקרה זה שופצה חצר אחורית קטנה מאוד. הדק שנבנה תופס את כל שטח החצר, מלבד שוליים צרים שהושארו לצמחיה הקיימת. אדניות העץ והספסל הצמוד אליהן הוקמו על גבי אדניות ישנות שהיו בחצר. עבודה זו ייחודית גם בכך ששינתה לחלוטין את אופן השימוש של דיירי הבית בחצר : מגינה ששימשה לנוי בלבד – לפינת ישיבה ואוכל שניה בבית.

"PESTO" restaurant
In the last renovation of the "Pesto" restaurant, a solid Oak floor was installed inside.
An Ipe deck was added outside. The homey atmosphere received a significant reinforcement when we installed the Oak floors. The parquet along with the dim lighting, wood furniture, and brown leather chairs gives a warm culinary experience.

"DESIGN CENTER"
One of the unique characteristics of this job is the fact that this deck was installed in a closed mall. The geometric shape of the stage is also unique and characterized by cutting the planks in sharp precise angles. The lower blue lighting gives the stage a chic and modern look. This project entailed a great deal of detail in the construction, due to the fact that in an inside venue every mistake is a lot more pronounced.

A double deck
The steep slopes of this neighborhood require creative solutions that enable the tenants of the house to utilize the back view of their house. In this project a wood deck was installed on both floors which are connected by a flight of stairs. The decks were built on a steel construction which was installed on an extremely steep slope. Creative solutions required creating unique nooks and crannies which incorporate the existing Pine trees at the site. A special lighting system and steel railing are added and create a complex and very unique project.

A back yard
A small unique area of beauty was created in this home, which included many different characteristics of our work. A deck was installed outside the living area.
A matching pergola was installed along with a louver fence that divides between the neighboring yards. The entire deck is surrounded by a wood railing incorporating stretch cables, and stairs that lead from the balcony to an additional room located bellow the deck. Within 270 square feet ,one can find a deck, pergola, railing, stairs and a louver fence.

ברחוב דרך הים בחיפה הוקמה פינת חמד קטנה, המרכזת מאפיינים רבים של עבודותינו. דק מעץ הוקם כמרפסת יציאה מחדר המגורים מעל הדק הוקמה פרגולת עץ תואמת, וגדר רפפות המפרידה את פינת החמד מהגינות השכנות. הדק כולו מוקף במעקה עץ משולב כבלי מתיחה , וגרם מדרגות מוביל ממרפסת העץ אל מפלס הגינה התחתון. בתוך דק העץ משולב מדרך זכוכית חלבית המאפשר מעבר אור אל חדר נוסף של הבית הנמצא מתחת למרפסת העץ. כך שבתוך כעשרים וחמישה מטרים מרובעים בלבד ניתן למצוא : דק, פרגולה, מעקה, מדרגות וגדר רפפות.

Private Home
This house is located on a steep mountain slope. Here a variety of projects were executed using steel and wood. A Pine bridge built on a steel construction leading to the elevator shaft, also covered with Pine .Numerous pergolas create shade, some of them have steel frames. There is a variety of railings in and out of the house made of wood, cable, and steel. There is a flight of Oak stairs within the house and Pine stairs outside connecting different areas in various elevations. The woodwork with the mountainous view in the background gives a pleasant pastoral feeling.
This job was planned in coordination with architect, Yoela Bahar.

בית בשכ' דניה למורדות הר הכרמל בחיפה בו בוצעו מגוון עבודות ברזל ועץ. גשר עץ אורן הבנוי ע"ג קונסטרוקציית ברזל המוביל לפיר מעלית המחופה גם הוא בעץ אורן, פרגולות עץ היוצרות הצללה, חלקן עם מסגרות פלדה. מבחר מעקות מחוץ ובפנים הבית, מעקות עץ, מעקות עץ משולבים בברזל ומעקות עץ המשולבים בכבלי מתיחה. גרמי מדרגות עץ אלון בתוך הבית ומחוצה לו גרמי מדרגות מעץ אורן המקשרים בין המפלסים השונים ומשטחי הדקים משלבים את הבית והגינה לפינה חמימה ופסטורלית על נוף ההר.

Raised deck
Because of significant differences in elevation the yard was actually unutilized due to difficult access. The wood deck was installed on a steel construction, and in this manner enabled a direct link with the living room. Surrounding the Ipe deck is a turquoise colored fence matching the doors.

רחוב ויתקין בחיפה הוא רחוב צדדי שקט ושליו הנמצא ליד מרכז חורב הסואן. כמו חצרות רבות בחיפה, גם בחצר זו קיימים הפרשי מפלסים משמעותיים בין מפלס קומת הקרקע של הדירה ובין מפלס הגינה. שנים רבות היתה גינה זו מבוזבזת למעשה, בשל בעיית הגישה אליה. לו היו מותקנות מדרגות במקום, הקשר בין הבית והגינה עדיין היה בעייתי. דק העץ הוקם על גבי קונסטרוקציית פלדה, ובכך יצר המשך ישיר עם הסלון . חיפוי עץ האיפאה, הגדר הצבועה בצבעי טורקיז עדינים ובראשה מאחז יד רחב מעץ, כל אלו נותנים לדירה את הפתיחות ואת חלל החוץ שמעולם לא היה לה, ומנצלים בצורה טובה הרבה יותר את הגינה המבוזבזת.

A private home
In this rustic house several wooden elements were installed. A Jatoba deck, a three layered Walnut floor, and a unique Ipe floor in the bath. In this project the woodwork was planned ahead of time, which enabled placing the deck with the stone flooring frame around it. The work was planned along with designer Orna Abergil.

Old Folks' Home
In this Old Folks' Home 13 decks were installed surrounding the covered swimming pool. The planning took into account matching the porcelain borders to the decks surrounding the pool. The Ipe is very pleasant to the touch, especially when walked on barefoot.

בבית אבות בשכונת פסגת חן בחיפה, הותקנו 13 דקים שונים מסביב לבריכה המקורה. בתכנון רחבת הבריכה נלקחו בחשבון דקים אלו, כך שבעת ביצוע העבודה, הדקים השתלבו באופן מושלם עם הריצוף שמסביב לבריכה. עץ האיפאה נעים מאוד למגע, במיוחד כשהולכים עליו יחפים.

Pine and Ipe pergola
The location has a dramatic atmosphere during the winter. The sky is gloomy, the trees are bright green in the pale light of the sky and a snowy mountain is striking with its cold whiteness. The pergola surrounds this rustic home, blending with the colors of nature but also giving a reddish warm contrast to the cold snow of the mountain in the background. The pergola was built using Douglas fir beams and a circular Ipe fan.

Deck and Stairs
In this project an Ipe deck surrounded by a Pine log fence was given a bit of a country look. The railing continued up the flight of stairs that were made out of Itauba which matches the deck above.
